Volpato S.r.l., azienda leader in Italia nella produzione di applicazioni gestionali IOS per il punto vendita, ricerca e assume 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST da inserire con orario FULL TIME nel team dell’assistenza telefonica ai clienti nei settori di riferimento: moda, bellezza, sigarette elettroniche, food&beverage.

Compiti:
In qualità di Customer Service Specialist avrai il compito di gestire in modo efficace e positivo la relazione con il cliente per stabilire e mantenere un rapporto di fiducia con la ns azienda
- Ascolterai e comprenderai i bisogni del cliente per guidarlo alla risoluzione delle richieste formulate
- Fornirai soluzione ai problemi in remoto tramite tecniche diagnostiche
- Avrai supporto operativo dallo staff specialist senior
- Eseguirai operazioni di configurazione dei prodotti pre-installazione
- Fornirai informazioni dettagliate su prodotti e servizi

Requisiti
- Richiesta esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel gestire rapporti con i clienti
- Buona conoscenza e feeling con dispositivi tecnologici e soluzioni web
- Capacità di problem solving e organizzative
- Buone capacità di comunicazione e ascolto attivo
- Diploma di scuola media superiore
- Residenza o domicilio in zone limitrofe alla sede di lavoro

Offriamo
- Orario: full time 40 ore/settimana
- Contratto di lavoro: CCNL COMMERCIO, Tempo determinato scopo assunzione
- RAL commisurata all'esperienza

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
