**Your responsibilities**:

- You will manage the logistic department for the shipments of the goods to our Customers and for the shipment of the goods to our warehouse and manage the coordination of our Logistic Partner to whom we have outsourced packing and warehousing
- You will organize the shipments for our project to the Customer according to Contractual Incoterms and prepare all necessary documentation that are required according to the Contract and import/export requirement
- You will coordinate with Procurement in order to appoint a Forwarder company for each shipment and coordinate with the Forwarder in order to manage the shipment
- You will coordinate with Customers in order to assure the proper delivery as per Incoterms, to comply with local import requirement and avoid demurrages
- You will coordinate with our Suppliers in order to organize the shipment of the materials to our warehouse or to the construction Yard according to Incoterms in PO’s and project requirement
- You will coordinate with Project manager and Procurement in order to define the logistic concept for each project in order to identify efficient and cost-effective strategies
- You will collaborate with Sales Department in order to estimate costs of deliveries for our projects
- The further development of existing partnerships, taking into account the specified quality standards is part of your responsibility.

**Your profile**:

- You have a strong professional experience as logistic coordinator and in handling overseas shipments
- Due to the internationality of our project and supplier base, you have good English skills (spoken and written).
- You have the ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way.
- In addition, you bring a self-reliant and results-oriented way of working as well as a strong analytical thinking, negotiating skills and persuasiveness.
