**Position**:
Activities:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controlling and Reporting Analyst to join our EMEA Finance team.

This experience will allow you to play a crucial role in providing financial insights, analysis and reporting to support a proper representation of Financial Statements, based on both statutory and Group Reporting rules.

This position requires a strong knowledge and understanding of financial principles, deep analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be included in the Reporting and Controlling department of Loro Piana, and will be in charge, together with the team, of the following activities:

- You will ensure compliance with Local and Group accounting policies and procedures
- You will support in verifying the accuracy of accounting flows, in defining monitoring activities and in drawing up analyses
- You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- You will develop and maintain financial models to support reporting activities
- You will support the team in monthly, quarterly and half-year closing process
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights
- You will collaborate in the preparation and evaluation of forecasts

Skills and abilities required:

- Experience: 2/3 years in similar roles in multinational contexts and/or in Audit/Consulting firms
- Education: degree in Management/Finance/Engineering /Economics;
- Skills: excellent analytical mind-set, high attention to details and desire to make improvements, problem solving, set priorities and follow through on commitments; good communications skills and flexibility; proactive attitude and strong independent drive.
- Excellent knowledge of Office Package, SAP is a plus
- Language: English mandatory
