To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a **Controlling & Administrative Analyst** to join our **Finance team**: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. **THE ROLE**

**Reporting and Controlling**
- Preparation of periodic reports, including activities related to the month-end and quarter-end financial reporting closing.
- Analysis of variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, as well as key business performance indicators.
- Collaboration in the collection, processing, and consolidation of data for the Group’s budgeting and forecasting process, integrating input from various functions and business units.
- Support in the implementation and continuous improvement of reporting, planning, and management control processes.

**Treasury and Financial Flows**
- Support in daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, bank transaction tracking, and treasury reporting.
- Support in the management of banking relationships and financial flows.
- Preparation and analysis of treasury activity reports.

**Accounts Payable and Administration**
- Control, preparation, and monitoring of supplier payments.
- Management and archiving of administrative documentation.

**️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:

- Degree in Economics or related fields (Accounting, Management)
- 2-3 years of prior experience in administrative or finance roles within international companies and/or corporate environments.
- Professional background in corporate treasury role.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and the preparation of customized financial reports.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines during critical periods such as month-end close.
- Nice to have: familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
