**Content Creation**: As part of the Content Factory team, you will be involved in producing engaging content such as promos, videos, podcasts, and tutorials. This role encompasses writing, filming, recording, editing and designing to create high-quality, captivating materials.

**Project Management**: Lead content projects from inception to publication, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, writers, designers, directors and other team members to produce high-quality content that adheres to brand standards.

**Quality Assurance**:Review and edit content to maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

**Performance Analytics**: Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools to measure engagement and impact.

**AI Tools**: Enhance your expertise and leverage AI-powered tools for content production, including photo, video and text creation.About You- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in communications, video production, or copywriting.
- **Experience**:3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- **Writing and Editing Proficiency**: Excellent writing skills and a foundational understanding of video editing are essential for producing captivating content.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate innovative ideas for various content formats to keep the audience engaged.
- **Project Management Skills**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content initiatives effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques in a constantly evolving digital landscape.
- **Language**: Excellent written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory.
