For the **NYX Hotel Rome** by Leonardo Hotels we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations at our vibrant 4-star lifestyle hotel in the heart of Rome. You will oversee all F&B outlets, including our signature restaurant, lobby bar, pool lounge, and room service, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a strong brand identity. What we offer - Support in reconciling work and family life - Europe-wide employee app "LEAPP" - Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel Group - Training and development programmes at our Leonardo Academy - Team events Your main duties - Lead, manage, and inspire the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with the hotel’s lifestyle brand values - Oversee day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets, including breakfast, à la carte service, bar, and banqueting. - Develop and implement F&B strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction - Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager to curate creative menus, seasonal offerings, and signature concepts - Monitor quality and consistency of service and product presentation, ensuring adherence to brand standards - Manage department budgets, forecasting, P&L, inventory control, and cost optimization - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations (HACCP). - Actively engage with guests, respond to feedback, and use insights to improve services - Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Events, Front Office) to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest journeys Your Profile - **BE YOURSELF** - Be authentic and yourself - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment - Strong understanding of lifestyle hospitality and current F&B trends, especially within the urban and international market - Proven track record of team leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen - Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (spoken and written) - Passionate about guest service, team development, and innovation - Experience in pre-opening and concept development is a plus BE YOURSELF - with us, your personality counts In the Leonardo Family we unite people of different origins and religions, different genders and ages, sexual orientation or possible disabilities.
