**IT Business Analyst - Testing Specialist**:
Within the MSC Technology structure, the IT Business Analyst (with a focus on Testing) position’s mission is to work for providing analysis, develop and maintain reports for HQ projects.
The position requires analytical skills with a strong technical background, specially on the testing field.
ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the understanding of business needs and be able to translate business need into technical solutions.
Provide guidance to the teams during the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery alignment with business requirements.
Creates business use cases - mandatory fields, field type, structure of the message etc
Perform data analysis, document project testing, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and generate ad-hoc reports.
Collaborate functionally with team in Geneva
Additional Responsibilities
Work in an agile framework
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
**Required**:
Excellent data analysis skills
Experience working in IT or equivalent as tester or BA
Motivation to learn about maritime/logistics business
Fluency in English (oral and written)
**Preferred**:
Worked with JSON or XML or equivalent structured scripting language
Proven multicultural experience and working with different multiple teams
Experience with Agile methodologies
