**Junior Accessories Product Development and Raw Materials - Jil Sander**:

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell'Ufficio Prodotto di Staff International presso la sede di Milano ed avrà la possibilità di affiancarsi al team Accessories dedicato al brand Jil Sander. In particolare, avrà modo di supportare il team nelle seguenti attività:

- RICERCA- Gestione arrivi e resi materiali richiesti
- Archiviazione swatches fisici di ricerca
- Archiviazione swatches fisici di referenza di ogni collezione
- Creazione schede materiali con referenze fisiche
- Approvazione colori con lo Stile
- Gestione richieste materiali ai fornitori con verifica spedizioni al laboratori
- Passaggio ordini campionario/prototipia e aggiornamento dei file
- Monitorare l’avanzamento degli ordini e gli arrivi ai laboratori
- Assicurarsi che le schede tecniche siano sempre fornite dai fornitori e siano sempre aggiornate
- PROTOTIPIA/CAMPIONARIO- Codifiche a sistema sia per prototipia che campionario (materiale, modello, modello/parte, cartelle colore)
- Creazione Linesheet
- Inserimento a sistema di misure e descrizioni prodotto/materiale
- Inoltro riferimenti commessa/abbinamento codici a pelletterie
- Supporto campagna vendita (aperture/chiusure: modelli, materiali, colori)
- Foto alle referenze colore per caricamento su Hyperoom
- Verifica delle cartelle fisiche prima della vendita
- Verifica barcodes in campioni fisici
- GENERALE- Controllo fatture
- Timing: inserimento date meeting su Oulook Calendar e su calendario interno
- Compilazione budget sviluppo
- Aggiornamento book giacenze con referenze fisiche
- Supporto alla logística per carico a sistema e controllo dei campioni con fattura
- Aggiornamento swatches colori per realizzazione cartelle colori stagionali

REQUISITI
- Pregressa esperienza nell'ufficio prodotto
- Buona capacità di utilizzo di Excel
- Cooscenza della lingua inglese
