We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our HQ Consumer Engagement team in Reggio Emilia. **This role requires fluency in Mandarin, English, and Italian**, and 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or project support. The Project Coordinator will assist in managing seasonal execution and communication between our headquarters and local markets, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment across all teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the alignment of marketing activations and retail events across different markets.
- Act as a liaison between HQ and local market teams, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and documentation in collaboration with internal departments (PR, Visual, Digital, Merchandising).
- Help consolidate local market needs and feedback to assist HQ teams in adapting project proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of project briefs, presentations, reports, and recap materials.
- Monitor the progress of key initiatives and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Italian (spoken and written).- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or project support, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks at once.- Detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.- Passion for fashion, branding, and creative marketing.
