The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee human resources practices for Monaco, France and Malta.

**Job Summary**

The HR Manager is passionate about people, proactive and shows initiative to perform tasks that are supportive of multiple responsibilities. You will perform HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the HR Director and AVP, Human Resources in supporting the function. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
