- Good English
- Ideally background as IT engineer
- Level 2 Support - Enduser Support
- Familiar with ticketing system

**Your Tasks**:
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:

- Setting up PC workplaces
- Installations, migrations and rollouts
- User administration via Active Directory
- User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues

You are exciting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach
