**Scope**:
Provide AMPO financial records management services support to the United States Army. In general, services include general customer service support and inquiries, Soldier readiness point customer service, finance in-processing, and finance out-processing/separation processing. Peripheral task requirements include processing and management of various types of voucher documents received in the field location. Extensive review includes expenses as indicated on the voucher, supporting documents and travel orders to ensure service members are paid correctly as outlined by appropriate regulations, decisions, directives, and other controlling guidelines. The contractor shall support the customer, receive, and verify required documentation, process and track all pay actions/transactions, and follow up and correct resulting rejects.

**Hours of operation**:
0730 to 1600 local time daily

**Security Requirements**:
Contractor personnel shall successfully complete, as a minimum, a favorable Tier 3 (T3) security investigation prior to access to the Army Reserve Network (AR NET) and work commencement and shall maintain the level of security required for the life of the TO. Contractors are required to be IT Level II compliant; therefore, a T3 investigation is required to determine suitability for potential access to classified, CUI, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in the performance of the duties IAW this PWS.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**
- Experience in finance or banking
- QuickBooks experience 1 year or more
- Tier 3 Security Clearance Preferred or ability to obtain clearance investigation prior to access.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Visio
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Capable of operating routine office equipment: scanners, copy machines, fax machines, other misc. office equipment
- IT Level II compliant
- US Citizen
- Clean background
