HR Generalist Intern Emea

**Position**:
During this 6 months experience, you will support the HR Retail EMEA team based in Milan in all the activities related to the function. In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
- Support in the management of recruiting activities for all Countries in Europe and Middle East: job descriptions draft and publication, CV screening, arranging and managing interviews, and follow-up through a dedicated platform
- Participation in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers, create meetings recap and ppt for the Team
- Support in the activities of analysis and internal reporting (evaluation forms, recruiting reports, database management, FTE and HC database, monitoring the distribution of internships)
- Support the HR EMEA team during the formulation of monthly and annual reports
- Collaborate with HR Talent Team during the onboarding process of the internship and keep track of tutor's feedbacks
- Be a reference point for all the interns within the EMEA Region
- Complete management of SAP HR/Archiflow processes (hiring, suspension, termination, etc.)
- Support the team in the admin activities for new joiners and employees (including offer letters, contracts, etc.)
- Registration and monitor of solicitors for the HR team
**Profile**:
- Master's Degree in Economics, Management, or similar
- IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Analytical, planning and deadline monitoring skills
- Problem-solving, precision, attention to detail, team working attitude and flexibility
- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Strong passion for the Luxury world
