**The opportunity**
We are looking for a Procurement Contract & Bid Administration Experienced Professional in Milano, who will be responsible for managing work associated with coordinating, negotiating, and administering procurement proposals, bids, and contracts with suppliers/vendors.
**How you’ll make an impact**
- Coordinate the preparation of contract and bid documents
- Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained throughout the process
- Collect and analyze technical, financial, and legal information as input to contract and bid documents
- Liaise with applicable technical, finance or legal teams on matters requiring review
- Document performance and service level agreements and monitor vendor/supplier performance against those agreements.
**Your background**
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or similar;
- 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Italian and English;
- Proactivity, good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
