Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Regional Head of Inflight to join Europe’s Largest Airline

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of European Base Managers who are responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of Inflight staff in our European bases.
- Responsibility for staffing, contracts and disciplinary issues
- Manage Inflight ancillary revenue across the region and identify areas of improvement
- Negotiate labour agreements
- Measure efficiency and report weekly on key performance indicators
- Identify and resolve local and / or individual Inflight issues etc.
- Liaise with managers from different departments as required
- Conduct base visits on a weekly basis

**Requirements**:

- A highly motivated flexible individual with a disciplined outlook, demonstrated capacity for hard work and responsibility
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal, written and analytical skills
- Level-headed, calm and the ability to think and respond appropriately in challenging situations
- Experienced in dealing with employees and reporting weekly on key performance indicators
- Ability to travel extensively across the Ryanair network
- Operations management experience is desired but not essential
- Experience of dealing with Trade unions is an advantage
