Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) specializes in viable and nonviable particle counters and particle counting solutions that measure and monitor contamination levels in clean and controlled environments. SALES BUSINESS ANALYST

The Sales Business Analyst supports the sales team in implementing strategic initiatives and best practices to improve process optimization, efficiency and productivity.

He/she will have the chance to gather, analyze and present all the data coming from Salesforce and Power BI identifying funnel gaps to cover or business opportunities to catch.

The Sales Business Analyst will support the sales managers in constantly monitoring sales funnel, team’s performance, with a particular focus on covering lacks and making adjustments to ensure efficient use of time and resources. He /she will be the go to person in the preparation of the annual sales incentive plans with targets and quotas based on historical data and market research to perform.

The Sales Business Analyst will play also an active role in scheduling and organizing global as well as regional sales meetings and workshops throughout the year.
- Relevant Education and Requirements:_
- 5 years’ of experience in sales, sales operations, and/or finance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales team and leadership, as well as HR, Finance, and other departments as required.
- MBA and/or Economics or similar/ Engineering Degree beneficial as well as IT skills with Salesforce and Power BI would be beneficial.
- Fluency in English.
- Very good knowledge of English and of MS Office, in the specific proficiency in Excel, especially as they relate to sales reporting and sales incentive plans are required.
- Availability for business trips in Europe and US is required.

The position will be located in Frascati (RM) with the possibility to work in remote mode.
