**Your Tasks**:

- You will manage a team of 10 employees
- You will orchestrate the schedules and allocate the tasks of the Customer Service team on a daily basis to ensure the best service to our patients in terms of availability and quality of support
- You are responsible for performance, regularly monitoring the achievement of our KPIs collectively and individually
- You create a positive work atmosphere and know how to motivate employees and get them to find solutions independently
- You are a driving force in the improvement of our processes and will report directly to the Country Manager

**Your Skills**:

- You have experience working within a digitalized customer service platform
- You are fluent in Italian and English
- You know Zendesk or an equivalent customer service software and are comfortable with CRM tools and Google Drive
- You have the ability and the experience to coordinate a team of about ten people in a structured way (standup, meetings, 1:1)
- You are curious, and have the ability to appropriate the necessary knowledge related to our telemedicine service
- You are patient-oriented and solution-oriented and you make proposals to continuously improve the patient experience
