SCARPA è un’azienda specializzata nella produzione di calzature outdoor per alpinismo, arrampicata, trail running, trekking, hiking, urban outdoor, sci alpinismo, telemark. Fondata nel 1938 ad Asolo, nel trevigiano, come Società Calzaturieri Asolani Riuniti Pedemontana Anonima (da cui l’acronimo S.C.A.R.P.A.), oggi SCARPA ha sede nel cuore del distretto calzaturiero veneto con stabilimenti in Germania, USA, Cina, Romania e Serbia.

Per il nostro **Ufficio Commerciale** stiamo selezionando addetto/a al **Customer Service Estero**. che gestisca i rapporti con i clienti e fornisca loro assistenza durante le fasi di trattativa commerciale e di post-vendita.

**Responsabilità**
- Gestione degli ordini: ricezione, inserimento, monitoraggio ed evasione
- Assistenza al cliente/distributore
- Gestione dei resi e di eventuali reclami
- Collabora con le altre funzioni aziendali per evadere le richieste dei clienti
- Supporta gli Area Manager nel monitoraggio delle attività di vendita e nella predisposizione della reportistica

**Si richiede**
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno due anni in ruoli analoghi
- Buona conoscenza generale dei sistemi informatici e del pacchetto office, in particolare di excel.
- Conoscenza molto buona della lingua inglese e spagnola
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di problem solving

**Sede di lavoro**:Asolo. Possibilità di svolgere il lavoro in smartworking due giorni a settimana.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: €22.000,00 - €26.000,00 all'anno
