UMANA S.P.A, per importante azienda manifatturiera ricerca Customer Service

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio commerciale e si occuperà di:

- inserimento ordini e gestione anagráfica clienti con utilizzo gestionale aziendale,
- Controllo e negoziazione per scegliere il miglior tempo di consegna,
- Fornire al cliente una serie di informazioni riguardanti la spedizione, i volumi, i costi, le opzioni di trasporto e altri dettagli per definire un piano di spedizione,
- Coordinamento con il team di spedizione interno per pianificare le spedizioni in base a volumi, pagamenti, crediti e/o altri requisiti ,
- Invio ai clienti di documenti di spedizione + dettagli della spedizione,

Si richiede:

- conoscenza lingua inglese e tedesco
- esperienza pregressa nella mansione,
- residenza in zona limitrofa;
- flessibilità allo straordinario.

Si offre contratto in somministrazione per sostituzione maternità.
