We are looking for an outstanding **Client Partner **to join our team in Milan. Your main responsibility will be to deliver advertising sales revenue for our office in Italy. We’re looking for someone with a proven record of revenue generation and a deep interest and passion for
- online media and innovation.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- You will be part of the Snapchat team in Italy, offering guidance and support to local advertisers that use Snapchat’s properties for digital advertising campaigns.
- Your role in this team will be to increase our portfolio of clients and also work closely with the biggest spenders to help them improve their KPIs and grow their business
- Educate advertisers and agencies on our partner (Snapchat) products through onsite presentations and one-on-one training
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
- Track revenue performance across the business portfolio, determine and action corrective measures where needed
- Ownership over the commercial success, full accountability and strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPIs.

**Core Functional Skills & Knowledge**:

- 2+ years in experience in the digital ad space, focused on large accounts: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships
- Understand how agencies plan, buy and measure the performance of digital and programmatic advertising campaigns
- Highly customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Systematic way of working combined with a strong “can do” attitude
- Highly analytical and data focus with the ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Effectively communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in Italian and English
- Tech curiosity with knowledge of Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; experience of Salesforce, DSM, and DFP is a plus
- Network with key agencies and clients in the Italian market is a plus but not exclusive
