Siamo alla ricerca di uno stagista motivato e appassionato di cucina per unirsi alla nostra brigata. Lo stagista avrà l'opportunità di lavorare a stretto contatto con il nostro Executive Chef e acquisire esperienza pratica in un ambiente di cucina professionale. Questa posizione è ideale per aspiranti cuochi che desiderano sviluppare le proprie competenze e crescere nel settore della ristorazione.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Assistere nella preparazione degli ingredienti e delle ricette sotto la supervisione degli chef.
- Mantenere la pulizia e l'ordine della cucina, inclusi gli utensili e le attrezzature.
- Imparare e applicare le tecniche di cucina di base e avanzate.
- Collaborare con il team per garantire un servizio efficiente e di alta qualità.
- Seguire le norme di sicurezza alimentare e igiene.

**Requisiti**:

- Passione per la cucina e desiderio di imparare.
- Diploma alberghiero o formazione equivalente nel settore della ristorazione.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e seguire le istruzioni.
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare in orari variabili.
- Conoscenza di base delle tecniche di cucina e degli strumenti di cucina.
