- ricezione e smistamento chiamate;
- ricezione richieste intervento telefoniche dai clienti, aggiornamento registro chiamate e preparazione note intervento tramite ns. gestionale
- programmazione interventi di assistenza e di manutenzione in funzione delle priorità e delle urgenze, interfacciarsi con le squadre dei tecnici
- mansioni di segreteria generali

Completano il profilo buone capacità organizzative e di relazione con i clienti.

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Esperienza:

- impiegato/a back office commerciale: 10 anni (Obbligatorio)
