We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Digital Solutions Expert to join the Digital Operations Group at our GSK Parma manufacturing site. You will support and contribute to key digital transformation initiatives involving Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Robotics, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, ready to work beyond their comfort zone, and committed to compliance within a GxP-regulated environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the deployment, integration, and improvement of MES solutions across production areas.
- Participate in robotics and automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven use cases, including predictive maintenance and quality analytics.
- Ensure all digital activities meet GxP compliance and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to implement solutions that align with GSK’s digital strategy.
- Approach challenges with flexibility and a growth mindset, working effectively in unfamiliar or evolving contexts.

**Basic Qualifications & Skills**:
**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to reach our goals**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience with MES systems as well as familiarity with industrial robotics and process automation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization techniques.
- Exposure to AI tools or data analytics in a manufacturing or lab setting.
- Strong understanding of GxP regulations and experience in a regulated industry.
- Excellent English and Italian skills (written and spoken).
