Il Retail Events Specialist è responsabile della declinazione del messaggio di comunicazione del Brand in concept da sviluppare in eventi retail che abbiano obiettivi sia commerciali che istituzionali al fine di garantire la coerenza dell'immagine di brand.

**Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?**
- Supporterai il tutor nell'acquisizione delle linee guida relative agli obiettivi da raggiungere attraverso ideazione, sviluppo e realizzazione di format di eventi retail
- In accordo con il media plan, fornirai materiale di comunicazione ai negozi di riferimento, supportandoli nella definizione delle strategie sui principali canali social (es. Instagram, Facebook ecc.)
- Ti confronterai con il team marketing ed il team retail nella creazione dei concept di eventi e sponsorizzazione dei concept su tutti i Touch Points, sia istituzionali che distributivi per le diverse tipologie di canale, al fine di garantire l'acquisition e la retention della cliente
- Supporterai nella ricerca, valutazione e scelta dei fornitori per la realizzazione degli eventi, al fine di garantire coerenza con gli standard quali-quantitativi del Brand e delle peculiarità del mercato di riferimento
- Affiancherai il tutor nel coordinamento interno ed esterno del piano di comunicazione di eventi e campagne
- Caricherai su gestionale e invierai le guest lists ai negozi, supportando nella realizzazione gráfica degli inviti
- Misurerai KPIs specifici al fine di individuare casi di successo e aree critiche di miglioramento

**Qualifications**

Se hai
- Formazione di livello universitario in ambito **economico o marketing**:

- Forte interesse per l'organizzazione di eventi
- Ottima conoscenza delle tendenze del mondo del fashion
- Forti doti organizzative ed analitiche
- Naturale predisposizione alle relazioni e al teamwork
- Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1)
- Ottima conoscenza** Excel**
