**TECHNICAL SPECIALIST**:
A diretto riporto del Plant Manager, la figura si occuperà della progettazione delle attrezzature necessarie alla fusione, elaborando disegni tecnici con specifici software sulla base delle richieste del cliente. Identificherà le aree di miglioramento dei processi aziendali e dei flussi di lavoro per garantire la competitività nel settore di riferimento, in ottica di ottimizzazione di risorse, mezzi e flussi di lavoro.

**Principali attività e responsabilità**:
Assicurare risposta alle esigenze del cliente individuando, progettando e disegnando le attrezzature, applicando le regole di industrializzazione di fonderia;
Definire i requisiti di fattibilità del progetto, preventivando la progettazione iniziale;
Analizzare il flow chart produttivo in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo;
Esaminare i costi di produzione per aumentare la marginalità;
Gestire le operatività necessarie per un'analisi efficiente del processo produttivo

Elementi di disegno e metodi di ingegneria industriale
Disegno tecnico meccanico
Applicazione dei criteri di fattibilità física ed economica
