**RISK MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
**Responsabilità**

A diretto riporto del Direttore Generale, il Risk Manager avrà il challenge di disegnare la Funzione Organizzativa, analizzando i rischi e i contrappesi da implementare. Egli collaborerà in partnership con tutti i Direttori di Funzione adoperandosi in prima persona sui temi sia strategici sia esecutivi.

Rispettando criteri e metodologie definite si occuperà di:

- Sovraintendere il processo di Enterprise Risk Management, coordinando le attività di identificazione, valutazione, trattamento dei rischi
- Assicurare, nell’ambito delle iniziative aziendali e per le materie di sua competenza, il supporto specialistico e metodologico al management
- Promuovere una visione integrata del rischio e delle diverse esigenze di compliance anche promovendo attività di formazione, informazione e sensibilizzazione (rip per compliance antitrust)
- Individuare e comunicare le potenziali azioni di trattamento e mitigazione del rischio tramite lo strumento delle “Raccomandazioni” e/o “recommended response” (risposte consigliate) seguendo gli standard:

- FERMA (Federation of European Risk Management Associations).Standard Australiani AS/NZS 4360-2004/ISO 31000-2009 che definiscono il “Risk Treatment plan”.Le norme ISO in base ad un approccio “risk based thinking”.

**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti richiesti:
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nella Funzione Risk Management e di almeno 5 anni come Responsabile o figura di primo riferimento
- Provenienza dai seguenti settori:
