We are looking for a General Ledger & Reporting Specialist who will work within the team of General Ledger - Group Administration, within the Corporate AF&C Function.

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities:

- Manage selected General Ledger accounting activities to enable local and group accounting and statutory financial requirements to be met.
- Support effective internal control maintaining adequate filling of documentation and evidences and full reconciliation of General Ledger accounts balances with legacy or source data (full knowledge of payroll accounting is highly appreciated).
- Support timely effective books closing ensuring respect of Group closing calendar.
- Support accounting managers and controllers on arising accounting issues or anomalies promptly highlighting them and providing recommendations.
- Active participation to projects and initiatives.

Desired skills and experience:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics
- Experience of around 5 years, ideally in an international industrial group.
- Excellent accounting knowledge (IFRS/Local GAAP)
- Strong IT skills: MS Office, SAP (MM, FI, CO).
- Proficient in English. Other European languages, for example German, French, and Spanish, are highly appreciated.
- Ability to work independently with a problem-solving approach towards assigned deadlines and as part of a wider team.
