Are you looking for a freelance job in Milan?

Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours has been running fun day and night experiences in France and is now expanding to Milan Italy. We are looking for a highly motivated person with an outstanding personality to become part of our Team of Party tour guides in Milan.

Tasks

**Party Tour Guide Responsibilities**:

- Administration of reservations and payments upon customers' arrival.
- Communication with your colleagues.
- Providing entertainment and connecting people from different groups.
- Maintaining a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
- Following all safety guidelines and ensuring that guests remain within designated areas.
- Recording and reporting any unusual incidents or violation of safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (in the language required).
- Responsible for guest check-in, event explanation, and ensuring everyone's safety.
- Guide the group to different bars while maintaining a safe environment.
- Reliability, strong work ethic, punctuality.
- Previous experience as tour guide preferred.
- Autonomous digital user - you will be required to use our management tools and navigate different booking platforms.
- Proactivity and ability to manage unexpected issues.
- Excellent memory and passion for historical facts.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Capture the fun: Take pictures, post stories, and reels on Instagram and TikTok.
- Passion for creating a memorable atmosphere.
- Storytelling and ability to fascinate and entertain a public.
- Flexibility and adaptability to our tour schedule.
- Passion and friendly attitude are essential.
- Mandatory to have the freelance status in Italy.

**Benefits**:

- Tour Leader: 80€ per shift
- Support Staff: 60€ per shift
- Benefits: Free drinks during the night
