**Become a Freelance Host in Milan with Guydeez**

Guydeez is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts to join our team in Milan to deliver private and personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers.

You don’t need to be a professional tour guide—we’re looking for locals who are passionate about Milan and eager to share its charm, culture, and history with visitors from around the world.

**Role Overview**
**Position**: Freelance Tour Guide
**Location**: Milan
**Contract Type**: Freelance
**Payment**: Fixed salary of 120 EURO/day
**Schedule**: Flexible working days and hours

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead private, personalized walking tours for a variety of travelers
- Share rich insights into Milan’s history, culture, landmarks, and local life
- Adapt tours based on the interests and preferences of your guests
- Ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and engaging experience for all participants

**Requirements**:

- Strong local knowledge of Milan’s main sites, neighborhoods, and cultural highlights
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Comfortable hosting tours ranging from 3 to 8 hours
- Prior guiding or hosting experience is a plus but not required
- Interest in food and local cuisine is a plus—we also offer culinary experiences

**Additional Information**

- Includes a one-day introduction and onboarding session
- Performance bonuses and incentives available
