**Become a Freelance Host in Milan with Guydeez**

Guydeez is seeking passionate locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups of visitors.

No professional guide license is required — just strong local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a desire to create memorable experiences.

**Position Details**

  • **Role**: Freelance Tour Guide / Local Host
  • **Location**: Milan
  • **Pay**: 120 €/day + performance bonuses
  • **Schedule**: Flexible — choose your working days and hours
  • **Contract**: Freelance
  • **Training**: One-day onboarding session
  • **Application Fee**: None

**What You’ll Do**

  • Lead customized walking tours through Milan’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden gems
  • Share authentic stories, cultural insights, and local recommendations
  • Adapt each experience to match guests’ interests
  • Ensure smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for all participants
  • Optionally host food-focused or culinary experiences

**What We’re Looking For**

  • Strong knowledge of Milan’s history, culture, and key attractions
  • Fluency in at least one language: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.
  • Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3-8 hours
  • Warm, approachable personality with a passion for connecting with people
  • Previous guiding or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
