Do you love Milan and enjoy sharing its style, history, and culture with travelers from around the world? Guydeez is looking for passionate local hosts to lead **private, personalized walking tours** for small groups.

This freelance role is ideal for locals who enjoy storytelling, cultural exchange, and creating authentic experiences. **No professional tour guide license is required.**

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead engaging, customized walking tours through Milan’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden gems
  • Share authentic stories, cultural insights, and local recommendations
  • Tailor each experience to guests’ interests and pace
  • Ensure smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for all participants
  • Optionally host food-focused or culinary tours

**Requirements**

  • Strong knowledge of Milan’s history, culture, and main attractions

- Fluency in at least one of the following languages

French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.

  • Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused communication style
  • Comfortable hosting tours lasting **3 to 8 hours**

**Nice to Have**

  • Passion for local food and culinary experiences
  • Previous experience in guiding, hospitality, or customer service (a plus, not required)
