Mattel Italy is currently seeking for a passionate intern for our office in Milan, who is eager to learn and develop himself or herself in a multinational and challenging environment.

**What Your Impact Will Be**:
You will support the Local Marketing Fisher Price & Games team on the development, implementation & analysis of the Marketing initiatives for Spain & Italy.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Support Brand Manager in Brand Planning and Execution.
- Impact in brand strategy through the analysis of consumer trends, categories, competitor’s performance.
- Assist in key marketing activities by working with key internal and external stakeholders (i.e. agencies, partners, licensors, retailers).
- Assist in briefing and executing top items media plan: TV, digital, influencers, PR.
- Administrative support.
- Assist with the Seasonal Project: Epiphany Socks and Easter Eggs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in Marketing or related fields.
- Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project).
- Analysis skills: experience with tools like Nielsen or NPD will be valued.
- Learning agility & creativity skills.
- Organizational skills & attention to details.
- Curiosity and eager to challenge the status quo.
- Interest in toy industry is a plus.
- Team player.
