We are looking for a brilliant resource to join the Hilti Finance Department and support the activities of our Share Service Center.

**What does the role involve?**:
In our Shared Service Center you will manage the accounting operations for different market organizations, working in an extraordinary international environment.

**What you need is**:

- Degree in Economics with interest in accounting
- Fluent English
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles
- High motivation level and energy
- Attention to detail and strong result orientation
- Team player
- Ability to drive and influence different teams to work together and achieve the goal
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
