We are looking for a brilliant resource to join our Finance Share Service Center as an Accounts Payable Team Member (P2P).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will manage accounting operations for multiple market organizations within our Finance Shared Service Center.
  • You will perform compliant Purchase-to-Pay processes and ensure accurate financial bookings for invoices, travel & expense, and vendor accounts.
  • You will review and update vendor-related balance sheet accounts and prepare accurate accruals for invoices and expenses.
  • You will act as a sparring partner for entity contacts, linking business decisions to Purchase-to-Pay processes and improving agreed services.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting roles
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Team player with strong result orientation
