**Posizione**:
Digital Diversity Week supports ABB in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L.68/99) to be placed as Production Engineering Specialist.
Your responsibilities:
- Material management with external and internal supplier. Material management process improvement.
- Defining projects feasibility in accordance with master planner and production supervisor.
- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.
- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.
- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.
- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.
- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.
**Requisiti**:
- Student in Management, Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in production/planning. Demonstrated experience working on a production line (Supervisory experience is an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macro, pivot, etc.).
- Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Motivation, organization skills, team work skills, precision and proactiveness will complete your profile.
