Business Manager - Operations

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on the optimization of the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, equipment and product industrialization activities. Each day, you will ensure that the production process aligns with the project targets, you will develop and approve the design for internal production processes included the final test phase in accordance with project data/requirements. You will also lead the product industrialization process, aimed to guarantee that all product data are properly evaluated, defined and managed in the ERP system so to allow an efficient flow/execution from order booking to final delivery The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Service in Dalmine, both Medium and Low Voltage. Main stakeholders are Production, supply management and R&D functions. You will be mainly accountable for: -Defining products and production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process to minimize cost and maximize quality. -Developing and proposing the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and production processes. -Managing the Engineering Changes for the Service Products performing the required SAP Master data, BOM, and production process changes -Defining the new machines/equipments/tools specifications based on product and process requirements. -Leading the definition of production layout, following the Lean Manufacturing principles -Supporting the Supply Chain Management department in selecting suppliers, evaluating the technology and capacity, and determining the best option. -Cooperating with international teams in the optimization of technical standards and supporting engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are skilled in SAP, WindChill, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, mechanical, electrical and automation background
- Ability to demonstrate your experience, at least 5 years, in production or industrialization roles
- You’ve had experience working as team leader or team coordinator
- Possess an enhanced knowledge product/production engineering processes, production efficiency solutions and cycle time management.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings
- You are skilled and passionate about continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, preferably Lean 6 sigma green belt
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or similar field
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian
