**Junior Collections Analyst**

**What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?**
- Managing collections and negotiating payment plans to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Reviewing order releases and resolving disputes with precision and professionalism.
- Collaborating daily with our sales team to streamline billing processes and address customer-related matters.
- Delivering insightful reporting on both a daily and monthly basis to support strategic decision-making.
- Providing essential support to our finance team, contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree in Economics or a high school diploma with an economic focus.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit collection will be great.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- English and Italian language proficiency at least on C1 level
