**Specific**
- Achieve ambitious sales targets in the area under your responsibility
- Prospect, appoint, and develop new dealers to increase market coverage
- Maintain regular contact and further develop existing dealers
- Maintain a solid pipeline of prospect dealers
- Report regularly your business performance and activity plan
- Keep the ownership of all commercial communications to the customers in the area under your responsibility
- Define prices to customers aiming to the highest profitability, securing growth of the revenues
- Monitor and report the development of the market and the activities of competition
- Be responsible of the implementation of the actions defined by the marketing department
- Maintain a strong relationship with the dealers, visiting them regularly

**Experience requirements**
- Sales experience related to technical products
- Know-how about industrial environment
- Solid experience in managing distributor channels and developing long term relations
- Experience in sales territory management
- Experience in developing new channels and markets
- Experience in compressed air technology or related products will be an asset

**Knowledge**

Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus)

Strong IT skills, very good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Driving License

**Educational requirements**

Technical degree or equivalent experience in working life

**Personality requirements**

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Hunting profile to develop new business

Outstanding organizational skills

Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality in daily operations

Ability to work remotely and independently

Ability to travel within the Sales Region for at least 50% of effective working time
