**Posizione**:
Per azienda informatica che fornisce e implementa** soluzioni gestionali per le imprese e studi professionali**, ricerchiamo un **Technical Service Support**
La figura inserita sarà chiamata ad occuparsi dell'assistenza técnica, prevalentemente da remoto, ai clienti e utilizzatori del gestionale verificando il coretto funzionamento del software e la corretta esecuzione delle attività e procedure da parte dell'utente. Dovrà intervenire verificando se può risolvere in autonomia o eventualmente pianificare un intervento in presenza. Sarà inoltre chiamata a svolgere attività di formazione agli utenti sull'utilizzo e funzionalità dell'applicativo
Infine, sarà sua cura elaborare un report di feedback a conclusione dell'intervento, da condividere internamente.
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza in mansione analoga nel settore delle soluzioni informatiche per la gestione aziendale, oppure in ruoli operativi fortemente coinvolti nei processi amministrativi e contabili.
- Desiderio di entrare a far parte di in una realtà che nella formazione e nell'aggiornamento continuo dei suoi dipendenti vede uno dei suoi valori principali
- La propensione alla relazione con clienti e collaboratori, una buona comunicazione e la capacità di lavorare proficuamente in team, saranno skills fondamentali nello svolgimento di questa mansione.
