No Relocation Assistance Offered 145180 - Anzio, Lazio, Italy The Training and Develpment Specialist is responsible for the organization and management of training for all the Plant employees, from the induction to the development plans, including the proper local allocation, follow-up and completion monitor of the Corporate Trainings. She / He closely collaborates with the Plant Leadership team in order to effective manage and address any specifi needs, while supervising the company know-how management process. Main responsibilities and areas of intervention are: - Analyze training needs - Perform the Gap Analysis - Plan and supervise trainings - Plan periodic update on training plans and specific needs with the Plant Leadership Team - Select and allocate the logistic resources, support tools and teaching material most suitable for providing training in compliance with the budget and priorities set by management - Manage the archive of teaching material, attendance registers and exams - Select external suppliers and partners to deliver specific courses not available in the Colgate catalog - Support the EOHS function to ensure compliance of training in terms of Safety and Environment required by current legislation - Ensure that courses delivered meet the Colgate standards - Manage as main responsible the Operational Excellence / Continuous improvement "People Capability" standard standard, in collaboration with all the other Plant functions KEY COMPETENCIES: Functional - Technical Competencies: Cross-organizational collaboration Labor relations Employees engagement and employer branding Project Management G-suite English SAP experience in an advantage as well as basic knowledge of CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico and payroll process Personal Leadership Competencies: Relationship building Influence and negotiation Communication Curiosity and willingness to learn EDUCATION Master degree in Human Resources / Law / Business Admin fields EXPERIENCE 0-3 years in complex organizations, preferably in the Supply Chain Area VISA NOT sponsored Equal Opportunity Employer Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
