**Your Tasks**:

- Management and control of the operational organization on a daily basis
- Responsibility for the results (P&L) of the branch
- Ensuring performance according to customer requirements
- Ensure
- compliance with the ESD requirements
- that training needs are identified, and trainings will be performed and documented
- that work instructions are available and up to date
- that the internal (department) organization is defined
- that for every function (employee) the tasks and the qualification requirements are defined
- Continuously promote improvement process
- Monitor performance and quality parameters
- Support quality audits in cooperation with Local and Corporate Quality representatives
- Resources planning and personnel responsibility
- Manage technology relocation and in sourcing projects
- Show the degree of capacity utilization and optimization potential
- Implement new projects in cooperation with Program Management
- Management and control of operational inventory
- Ensure that all relevant test and measuring devices are calibrated on time

**Your Qualifications**:

- Significant experience in Operations (Repair/Logistics)
- Experience in (re-)designing and managing service processes, improving efficiency by changing perspectives and “re-thinking” the status quo
- Ability and willingness to energize, motivate and guide individuals and teams
- Shows and applies positive emotions, empathy, and excitement
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership, team building and change management skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is appreciated
