**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly experienced TPMS sales talent to lead and grow our local aftermarket business in the area. This role focuses on developing relationships with tire chain stores, independent tire shops, distributors, and wholesalers while driving sales, providing technical expertise, and representing our brand with professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:
01. **Market Development** - Identify, approach, and develop business with Distributors, Wholesalers, and Tire Chain Stores in the local aftermarket.

02. **Sales Execution** - Achieve and exceed annual sales targets in line with company objectives.

03. **Technical Support & Training** - Provide product technical service, support, and training sessions to distributors, retail partners, and end-users.

04. **Market Research & Analysis** - Conduct regular market surveys to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

05. **Marketing & Promotion** - Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with HQ.

06. **Event Management** - Organize and participate in international and the trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

07. **Budget Management** - Prepare, manage, and adjust sales budgets in collaboration with the HQ team.

08. **Other Duties** - Support ad hoc sales and marketing initiatives as required, including collaboration with HQ on special projects.

**Requirements**:
01. **Nationality / Residency**: Local citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid work permit.

02. **Experience**: Minimum 3~5 years of sales experience in the local automotive aftermarket, preferably in tires, wheels, TPMS, or related automotive electronics.

03. **Network**: Established contacts with distributors, wholesalers, and tire chain stores will be a strong advantage.

04. **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; able to work independently without daily supervision.

05. **Technical Knowledge**: Ability to quickly learn and explain TPMS products; prior technical sales experience is desirable.

06. **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively within the area for customer visits up to 75% of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: €33,000.00 - €85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- automotive aftermarket: 3 years (preferred)
- TPMS: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- drive license (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
