**What you’ll be doing**

As a **Workforce Planning, Labour Cost & Compensation Specialist**, you’ll play a key role in **supporting strategic decision-making and optimising our labour cost management as we continue to scale**. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- ** Drive workforce planning processes** - By providing insights and analytics to align with strategic business objectives, especially critical during our scale-up phase.
- ** Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance** - To identify workforce needs and proactively address gaps or opportunities.
- ** Develop and enhance the labour cost mode**l - To ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and controlling of personnel expenses.
- ** Perform regular analysis and reporting** - On labour cost drivers, highlighting insights, trends, and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- ** Support compensation processes** - Including annual salary reviews, job levelling, and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- ** Participate in benefits administration** - By managing vendor relationships and supporting employee inquiries and communications.

**Who we’re looking for**

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in Does this sound like you?
- ** 3-4 years of relevant experience** - In workforce planning and labour cost management within a structured HR department.
- ** Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes** - With the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and Controlling functions.
- ** Proven ability to interpret numbers** - Within the broader context of business priorities, team dynamics, and organisational design.
- ** Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills** - To deliver actionable insights.
- ** Strong interpersonal and communication skills** - Able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships across functions with a strong cooperative and collaborative attitude.
- ** A passion for fintech, digital innovation, and user experience** - To contribute to our mission of shaping the future of money.
