You could be our missing link Help us bring card acceptance to the masses As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for improving overall performance and productivity of the sales teams by delivering consistent training sessions for Field sales agents in the UK. The training program covers sales skills, product knowledge, systems and tools and market awareness. **What you'll do**: - Handle live training delivery for new Field Sales Reps (capacity of 25 reps per month) - Run phase 1 of new hire assessment and follow-up with Area Managers on on the job observation - Run the in-market SumUp Field Sales Consultant training program for existing consultants - Upskill top band consultants to SumUp's multi-product portfolio and help them sell all SumUp products (and not only CR and Bank) - Build and deliver new product launch training relevant to your market **You'll be great for the role if you have**: - Sales training experience, particularly in live session delivery and active facilitation - Knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge training - Ability to create and adapt training materials, including role-play scenarios and assessments - Proficiency in using sales tools, systems, and digital learning platforms (LMS) - Proven track record of delivering successful sales training programs - Experience in handling training both live in person and online - Previous role in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with constant training needs - Fluent Italian and English are required **Why you should join SumUp**: - Become part of a rapidly growing team - Continuous opportunities for personal and professional learning and development - Welcoming offices and a team ready to support and motivate you to become a full-fledged SumUp Ambassador - "Beer Friday" presentations on OKRs - We will provide you with the best tools to work, including a MacBook and company phone - Meal vouchers and Gympass program - Team building and team events **This job is on-site.** - SumUp is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that proudly pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
