**CHI CERCHIAMO**:
Un/a FIELD TRAINER PHARMACY per un'importante azienda multinazionale leader nel settore della dermocosmetica.

**RUOLO**:
La figura avrà l'obiettivo di supportare le farmacie con attività di formazione sulle linee di prodotti e in risposta a specifici fabbisogni formativi. In particolare, le principali attività previste sono:

- formazione del personale di farmacia sui prodotti e servizi del brand sia dal punto di vista scientifico che dei protocolli di consiglio e delle tecniche di vendita;
- implementazione delle strategie decise dall'azienda attraverso il presidio dei punti vendita;
- raccolta, analisie gestione dei feedback dei clienti per l'attivazione di azioni mirate o sviluppo di nuove soluzioni;
- rappresentare unadelle figure di riferimento per il personale dei punti vendita supportando l'attività degli agenti di vendita;
- attività di visual merchandising:
analisi, lettura, allestimento e implementazione dello scaffale

REQUISITI
- Laurea in materie farmaceutiche, biologiche, cosmetiche, nutraceutiche
- Pregressa esperienza nel canale farmaceutico
- Esperienza come trainer
- Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici e del pacchetto Office
- Approccio consulenziale
- Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative a tutti i livelli
- Spirito di iniziativa e flessibilità lavorativa
- Analisi, organizzazione e pianificazione di attività complesse, Spirito di squadra
- Disponibilità a percorrere lunghe tratte e alle frequenti trasferte

**ZONA DI LAVORO**:
Lombardia e Piemonte

**DISPONIBILITA'**:
Viene richiesta una disponibilità full-time a partire dal mese di Marzo. E' prevista una formazione iniziale.
