**About Vento**:
Vento is backed by Exor Ventures, a venture firm with a strong legacy of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. At **Vento Investments**, we focus on empowering the next generation of exceptional Italian founders. Over the past two and a half years, we've invested in 85 early-stage startups led by Italian founders worldwide. We aim to achieve 100 investments annually, providing pre-seed and seed funding with a standard ticket size of €150,000 and founder-friendly terms, ensuring a fast and efficient decision-making process.

Beyond investments, Vento is dedicated to fostering innovation through **Venture Building** and hosting the **Italian Tech Week**, creating a vibrant ecosystem for founders and startups to thrive.

**Your Role as a Venture Tech Associate**:
**Tech Development and Automation**:

- Develop **internal tools** to track portfolio companies’ KPIs, streamline deal flow, and automate operational workflows.
- Develop scalable solutions to enhance efficiency, leveraging platforms such as Zapier, Notion, and Airtable.
- Work closely with the team to identify process improvements and implement tech-based solutions.

**Deal Flow Support and Tech Screening**:

- Evaluate investment opportunities with a focus on emerging technologies such as AI and other transformative fields.
- Assist in conducting assessments and preparing recommendations for the investment team.
- Build relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to enhance deal flow quality.
