**IT APPLICATIONS COORDINATOR**

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team IT in una fase di forte crescita, come referente per la gestione dei sistemi in uso e dei progetti di upgrade/implementazione legati agli applicativi. Seguirà la strutturazione dell’area col supporto di fornitori esterni con la prospettiva di costituirsi, nel tempo, un piccolo team a riporto.

Responsabilità:

- Gestire e coordinare le attività quotidiane delle applicazioni SAP e BI dell'azienda, assicurandosi che siano disponibili e funzionino correttamente.
- Coordinare la comunicazione tra il team IT e le diverse funzioni aziendali per identificare le esigenze di business e garantire che le applicazioni supportino efficacemente i processi aziendali.
- Coordinare i progetti applicativi
- Identificare e risolvere le problematiche legate alle applicazioni col supporto dei fornitori di servizi IT.
- Gestire la formazione e il supporto agli utenti
- Analisi funzionale

Requisiti:

- Laurea in informatica o campo correlato.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come IT Business Analyst o Applications Specialist
- Competenze in ambito ERP (SAP è un plus)
- Competenze in ambito Business Intelligence / DWH
- Esperienza in project management
- Conoscenza di almeno una delle seguenti tecnologie: Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Inglese almeno livello B2
