The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a F&B Guest Experience Ambassador.

The F&B Guest Experience Ambassador will report to the Restaurant Manager and she/he will be part of a F&B department.

This is a full-time role.

**What you’ll do**
- Ensure guests are welcomed in a warm and professional manner and supervise the entrance of the restaurant
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu content.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all standards
- Liaising with Event and the restaurant team for special events and occasions
- Liaising with other departments (F&B, Sales and Front Office) for VIP guests and special celebrations
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding the restaurant and the hotel
- Provides support regarding any reasonable task requested by the Management

**What we’re looking for**
- Fluent English and Italian are required
- Understanding of luxury hospitality F&B operations
- Experience in the same role in fine dining restaurants would be an advantage
- A warm, people-oriented demeanour
- A team-player attitude
- Positive outlook and dependability
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
