Per la sede di Pregnana Milanese siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con potenziale da inserire nel team HR nelle attività di Training & Development.

Si offre: contratto a tempo determinato diretto con l'azienda.

Sede di lavoro: Pregnana Milanese

Tra le principali attività e responsabilità̀:

- Organizzazione dei corsi di formazione;
- Registrazione e archiviazione dei documenti di formazione;
- Sviluppo dell'academy interna attraverso la creazione di contenuti, presentazioni e training, in collaborazione con le altre aree aziendali.
- Organizzazione della formazione sicurezza sul lavoro.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea/Diploma in discipline Umanistico-Lettere-HR-Scienze della formazione
- Conoscenza della Lingua Inglese, comprovata durante il colloquio;
- Conoscenza di Office 365;
Inserimento: immediato

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi
