Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Within NPD Program Management Office scope of work, keeps PMO updated about international standards and best practices, harmonizes procedures and tools, leads assigned cross functional initiatives. Participates in discussions about Program Management continuous improvement requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions. Supports the development of the Program Management initiatives roadmap.

As an NPD Program Management Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Leading assigned activities with Digital Technologies and Transformation Teams to evolve Program Management digital environment
- Supporting the adoption of the new planning tool and methodology to enhance future capabilities
- Mapping the interactions between Program Management tools
- Defining unique source of information to be delivered to Top Management, Functions and each Program teams
- Maintaining a digital platform containing all the Program Management principles, practices, processes, methodologies for a correct and robust NPD program management
- Coordinating the creation of missing processes and instructions to properly populate the Information Platform
- Supporting product platforms in assessing program time, budget, risk and resources for a robust program guidance
- Questioning the metrics structure to effectively and timely monitor program performances and report to top management on program management strategies

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's with a minimum of 5 years experience in Program Management
- Have established Project Management skills.
- Have knowledge of design and manufacturing processes as well as Turbomachinery.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills with influential interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to lead programs / projects as well as the ability to document, plan and execute programs.
- Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, influence others and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
